Do I have to be a member to exhibit?
Yes, you must be a member to exhibit. Click the link below for more details on joining our Art Society.
How often does The City of Parramatta Art Society have exhibitions?
CPAS has approx 8 exhibitions per year where member's works are for sale to the public
Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 3pm

Parramatta Art Society also organises a number of art events and exhibitions where members can exhibit and sell their artwork.

Is there parking close to the gallery?
There is a car park very close by -
JUSTICE PRECINCT CAR PARK
Hunter Street, Parramatta
Enter via Hunter Street.Disability access - restricted lift and ramp access at this car park
Hourly parking starts from $3.00
There is also parking at Westfields which is only a block away. If your visit is under 4 hours and you’ve added your number plate into the Westfield Plus app parking is free.
What are the copyright rules & regulations?
All artworks entered by the Artist must be the original work of the Artist, no photography will be accepted. Images should not be copied where the origin is unknown or where it is unclear as to whether permission has been given by the copyright holder. For some specific images compliance might involve contacting a particular photographer, artist, newspaper or publication. It is recommended that permission be verified in writing.
We will not accept any works which are photographs on paper or canvas that have been re-touched or over-painted with any form of art materials including oil, acrylic, inks, pastel, charcoal, or pencil.
Works which are found to be in breach of these conditions will not be hung.
Do I have to be a member to attend classes?
Classes are available for both members and non-members, and can be arranged by contacting the individual tutors.
